RE: Shareholder Agreement

I’m located in Canada and I was wondering if anyone has a generic copy of a Shareholder Agreement or a Lawyer’s contact details who can put one together at a reasonable cost. The purpose is for my Board Members.

I suggest all Canadians to use Goodlawyers a reasonably priced annual subscription that gets you all the basic documents and lawyer on call in a prompt and efficient way. Very unlike US based Legal Aid - a complete disappointment on that one.
