About the Role: Most real estate internships give you static case studies or make you pull property comps all day without ever touching a live transaction. We do things differently. We acquire off-market commercial and multi-family properties. We are looking for an ambitious Acquisitions Intern to get on the front lines: finding opportunities, speaking directly with property owners, underwriting deals, and helping us move acquisitions through our pipeline towards Family Office Investors You will learn both sides of dealmaking at once—how to analyze property financials and how to negotiate directly with owners. What You’ll Do: - Lead direct outreach (phone, email, and mailers) to private real estate owners (no brokers) - Screen target properties against our criteria - Speak with property owners to understand their timeline, pricing expectations, and selling motivation. - Help assemble Investment Memos to be presented to our Family Office partners What We’re Looking For: - Enrolled student or recent graduate in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business. - Grit and clear communication. You will be calling business and property owners directly, which means navigating gatekeepers and brushing off rejection. - Comfort with numbers, basic financial modeling, and Excel. - Reliable workstation (quiet space, good internet, laptop) and availability for 10–15 hours/week during standard business hours.
