You probably don’t want a lender, you want a REIT. Try Haven Capital Partners out of Nashville.

For general information, there are firms that specialize in sale / leaseback situations. Usually, they are representing REITs and private investors trying to get a long term return on their money. While I don't usually put contact names in responses (the SPAMbots attack their email), the one of the largest in the country is Matthews (https://www.matthews.com/).
