Looking for any experience shares on people who have done a Re-Cap on their SBA loan within the first###-###-#### months, is it possible? Did you go SBA again? Did you go conventional? Or is this a dream?

I would be happy to have a conversation on this. It is possible to recap SBA loans that quickly, but it all depends on the financial strength of the deal. You can do so via both SBA 7A and conventional financing options, again, depending on what the transaction looks like. However, I would not advise anyone to go into any SBA 7A business acquisition loan expecting or really needing to recap in the first 12 to 18 months. Most conventional lenders and even other SBA lenders would likely want to see one to two tax years of performance under new management. I would be happy to discuss the process at redacted
