Here's my response to a searcher who wants to find the best brokers: "You're limiting your opportunity by trying to filter brokers. Contact every broker. They represent the low hanging fruit. And then quickly go onto the next broker if they don't have what you want. Don't offend them, but ask them to contact you when they have what you want. Don't be offended by their abrasive personalities. You, too, might be abrasive if you had to deal with so many ill-advised or ill-prepared searchers. I'm not a broker. Never have been."
