Recommendation for ETA conferences

Hey all! I am starting my full-time self-funded search this month and thought it would be beneficial to attend one or two conferences to build my network and learn more about ETA as I am still new to this space. Do you have any recommendations for conferences that are a “must go”? Thanks in advance!

First, I'd recommend attending some local meetups. Then I think going to some of the virtual events that are posted on Searchfunder and other places would also be beneficial. Some of the college/university conferences would be a good use of time as well. Since you're just starting out, try and absorb as much online and community information as possible. You probably don't want to start spending a lot of money on travel and conference fees, at this early stage.
