A follow-up from previous post asking the best corporate structure for roll-up (https://www.searchfunder.com/post/best-corporate-structure-for-roll-up).
Does any one have a good recommendation for tax strategy and corporate structure strategy for a roll-up?

There is no one-size-fits-all tax strategy or corporate structure. Following standard advice often means leaving money on the table.
The best approach depends on various factors, including the revenue and profit of the company you are acquiring, the people involved in the deal (including investors and how they want to be paid), the location and sector of the company, its inventories, and your exit plans.
For a buy-and-hold deal, the corporate structure will likely differ from a buy-and-flip in a few years. In the American taxation system, there are many ways to lower your taxable income and save money.
My key advice is to have an A+ tax planner/strategist in your circle and involve them pre-closing. This investment is well worth it because a great tax planner can save you hundreds of thousands, if not millions.
