Recommendations for Accountants / QoE Providers in Utah & Lawyer

Hi there,

Just executed an LOI and was wondering if people have recommendations for accountants with a presence in Utah that can help with QoE at a reasonable price.

Also looking for a lawyer that has worked with self-funded searchers before.
