Recommendations for Business phone systems (VoIP)

Any advice for a business phone system? In the past I have used NetSapiens and Intermedia. RingCentral I think would be more than what is needed: Key Items to consider: 1. Physical and soft phone 2. Mobile app (Bonus) 3. Allows for multiple users to access the same customer service line 4. Reliable 5. Decent support if needed
