On the EHS side, some firms you might consider include Terracon, RPS or Ramboll. Not sure if all have offices near your target, so that may play into your selection. Also make sure you're clear on what you're looking for: a Phase 1 environmental study, an Environmental Compliance Assessment and a Health & Safety Assessment are three services/reports each can provide, but they are different from each other. Be clear about what you're using the report/service for and they should help guide you. Hope that helps.
