Recommendations for Video / audio surveillance providers in NYC

Hi all - looking for reccs for good video surveillance providers (with remote mobile access)? Will need to get a few to come out and do a quote for us but need a combination of indoor and outdoor cameras for roughly 10k sqft childcare space. Trying to go off providers people have worked with and are happy with (quality & cost). Current system is 40y old and does not cost anything to maintain but poor video quality, no audio, and no remote access. Need an upgrade asap. Thank you in advance!!
