Recommendations on boutique M&A Firms - Southern California

Does anyone have any good recommendations on CPA firms that assist in structuring an acquisition on the buy side?

Looking for a unique structure to help bring on a partner into the company that will help scale our own internal, inhouse construction division.

My hope is to utilize best practices when structuring the equity agreement, to incentivize the equity based on performance metrics for that specific division, along with building a profit sharing agreement.

Don't need a big time firm, but someone who specializes in smaller deals ideally.

Hi Dan, happy to chat about how we may be able to support this acquisition work. I'm an M&A lawyer working with Hood Venture Counsel based out of NYC, and the firm can take on small deal work in San Diego relating to construction. Acting on the buy-side, we can help structure the acquisition and draft the the equity and profit sharing agreements. Let me know if you'd like to chat and we can set up a call.
