Recommendations on specific firms for tax diligence?

Am currently in diligence and wondering if any folks have thoughts/recommendations on specific firms for tax diligence. I don't have any concerns on the target company from a tax perspective and have QoE/legal diligence going, but am curious on thoughts on specifically hiring someone to look into this.

UHY. Don’t skimp on this. I know two searchers in law suits with their seller for tax fraud.
