Does anyone have any banker recommendations for a deal in Northern Virginia?
I'm currently collecting feedback from banks as I prepare an offer. I want to shop around for competitive terms if I get under LOI.
Bias toward a conventional loan, but open to an SBA loan. Senior debt will be relatively small, under $800K.
I am already talking to First National, Burke & Herbert, Live Oak, ecommerce lending, 44 Business Capital.
