Recos for ongoing accounting/tax/bookkeeping?

I'm looking for help with some tax and accounting questions around the entity I'm putting together to do a roll-up. I have some questions on how best to structure, what elections to make, and tax treatment questions related to profits interest vs. investors' allocation of income/gains. Also looking for help with ongoing bookkeeping with all this / periodic tax work. Most of what I saw in the searchfunder directory was for accountants that do transaction advisory / QoE which is not my focus at the moment. Any recommendations?
