Regional Vice President (RVP), Texas Market - Ally Behavior Centers

We’re hiring a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead our Texas market—a General Manager-style role that functions as the CEO of the region. This individual will own the growth, operations, and profitability of the region, acting as the key driver behind market expansion. This is a unique opportunity to take a proven, high-quality operating model and scale it in a new geography. You'll be supported by a talented centralized team (Enrollment, Talent, Finance, Marketing, Clinical Services) while leading local operations and sales with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline, people leadership, and a bias for action with a passion for mission-driven work.
