Reinventing Retail - Looking for Use Cases and Funders

I'm posting this message as an ongoing process of researching the topic of reinvention for retail, Direct-to-Consumer ecommerce, mobile commerce, P2P selling, as well as seeking funding for a business acquisition in the EU for January.


I'm hoping to find funding sources for a loan under $1m with a specific interest in small store retail, ecommerce, or on the topic of reinvention as a whole. Wondering if there are other entrepreneurs who have been down this road before, including finding funding for acquisition retail or of franchise businesses. Thank you!
