I’m a fan. Some really good stuff there on the whole and new listings daily (or close to it). It is a mixed bag in terms of seller readiness but if you’re quick on it there are some gems. Being a paid service there’s naturally less competition too. It’s the best “off market” platform I have found.

You should check out www.pemarketplace.co we are only charging $199/year (mix of banker led and “off-market”)
