Remote Deal Sourcing & Operations Intern

Wonderkey Partners - Internship Opportunity Wonderkey is engaged in a roll-up strategy in the residential property management sector. Wonderkey is led by Vijay and Sukh - entrepreneurs who have led >$500m in private equity investments, managed large real estate portfolios and have C-suite experience building large venture-backed companies. We’re a self-funded acquisition vehicle, focused on businesses on the lower end of the lower middle market (~$1m EBITDA). Wonderkey has recently closed two transactions (Streamline Management, our platform acquisition and one tuck-in) and is actively looking for new platform and tuck-in opportunities. We’re looking for undergrad or recent MBA graduates to support operations at our current acquisition and help support M&A efforts as we source more opportunities. This is an ideal fit for someone interested in exploring ETA and is interested in learning what it’s like to run a small business and source new opportunities. Internship Details Start date: January 2026 Location: Remote (with optional in-person get togethers for anyone in Toronto or Washington DC) Commitment: 10-15 hours per week Role Description Interns will participate in the evaluation of new and existing investment opportunities. This includes learning about Wonderkey’s analysis and valuation process, building a targeted pipeline, and executing an outreach strategy. Interns will also have the opportunity to create financial and operational models, interact with prospective sellers, support due diligence and building of investment memorandums.
