CTG works with middle and lower middle market companies looking for functional leaders or generalist "Swiss Army Knife" operators. CTG works on roles from C-level to Chief of Staff. Partnering with CEOs and boards on their company’s talent strategy is a big component of a search. CTG was founded by Andrea Crane. Prior to starting Bigwin, Andrea was an operating executive for several private equity backed portfolio companies backed by Alpine Investors and Pacific Lake Partners. Andrea holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. POSITION SUMMARY Crane Talent Group is hiring a part-time contractor to support our executive search work with private equity-backed businesses. We recruit for critical leadership roles across operations, finance, and corporate development—and we’re looking for someone who understands that world. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with a background in private equity, finance, or consulting who may now be a stay-at-home parent or looking for flexible work during school hours. You must be based in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Source and engage prospective candidates using LinkedIn and internal tools Conduct initial phone screens and present candidate write-ups Support scheduling, pipeline updates, and client/candidate communications Help refine outreach strategies and sourcing playbooks IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience in private equity operations, finance, or recruiting—or familiarity with the world of mid-market deals and leadership hiring Strong communication skills and professional judgment Availability during normal U.S. business hours (10–20 hours/week to start) Detail-oriented, self-managed, and service-minded
