Remote Searchfund Intern - Transaction Diligence

Looking for a searchfund intern to assisting with all aspects of closing a live transaction (i.e. financial analysis, financial modelling, operational diligence, strategic planning). Aevi Capital is in the post-LOI diligence phase with a leading Canadian IT services firm and is looking for a committed individual with a strong grasp of financial statements and accounting concepts to assist with its closing process.
