Reputaed London Accountancy Firm Willign to work on Contigency basis

Dear Folks I am in the early stages of a business acquisition journey in the Domiciliary care business in the UK. I have looking for an accountancy firm in the top 20 list in London which can work contingency fee basis but not having much luck.
Do you have any recommendations?
