Residential Roofing - Looking to connect

Hello - I'm searching in partnership with Funded Ventures (https://fundedventures.com/). We've become increasingly interested in residential roofing (located in midwest/mountain west). We are looking to connect with folks currently in the space or anyone who has searched heavily in it.

We are trying to understand what the characteristics are of a "gold standard" residential roofing co. (e.g. team breakdown, margin, insurance vs retail, full service vs specialized, insurance, etc.).
