Resources on getting started

Hi all!
I'm just getting into the world of acquisition entrepreneurship. What are some resources you all recommend? I just started on here and have been listening to the podcast Acquiring Minds. I'm open to any books, podcasts, videos, courses, etc.

Also, any advice or things you wish you had known prior to getting started would be greatly appreciated!
