Resources to learn how to raise Capital

Hello, I'm looking for books, websites, consulting firms, and really any resource to learn how to raise capital. For context, I'm looking to fund a Amazon aggregator strategy leveraging my Amazon consulting agency to run the portfolio.


What I have learned about raising Capital so far comes from a firm called Panthera Advisors run by Alejandro Cremades. I'm a co-founder in a startup, and we hired him as a consultant. As I have been learning more about Search funds lately, I get the feeling that Alejandro's methodology is geared specifically towards Startup Capital fundraising.

I'm looking to learn more about raising capital for the the Amazon FBA roll-up portfolio I plan to create. Any suggestions and resources would be greatly appreciated.
