Retirement TPA Experience

Does anyone have experience in the retirement TPA (Third Party Administrator) space (i.e. service providers that manage 401k & pension plans)? I'm in the early stages of evaluating a target & would like to get a better understanding of different service offerings, industry dynamics, operations, growth opportunities, etc.
