Revenue based financing lenders

Looking for a revenue based lender for two deals under LOI in a construction sub-sector. I have found a few RBF companies online but it appears they are focused on the tech sector.

Has anyone come across RBF or cashflow lenders that are interested in $1M - 2M EBITDA deals? Thanks
