ROBS to launch Search Fund

I'm curious if anyone has used a 401K rollover to actually establish their search fund or alternative funding vehicle? I have some interested capital partners ready to jump in and was going to go this route as "Formation Capital" to create the team. Anyone have any success or know a consultant to work with to accomplish this?
