Roll-up Switzerland // interesting for traditional SF-investors?

Dear SF community

Together with a colleague, I am currently setting up structures for executing a roll-up in Switzerland / Southern Germany. In this regard, we wanted to further understand, whether traditional SF-investors are also interested in investing in such structures / receiving PPMs.
