Running a Geographic Search focused on Greater New York

My search is concentrated in the TriState Area - NY, CT, and NJ. I'm totally willing to pass on deals that are outside of my geography to folks who have other geographic preferences, just comment yours below and I'll forward you what I can.

Ideally, my deal will fit three criteria:

1. 100% of the business is for sale

2. The company's annual sales are above $5M

3. The business has been profitable for the last three years
