Any recommendations for an attorney and CPA that have extensive experience with SaaS acquisitions?

I have some names that were great for us depending on the scale of the deal. On the legal front, we have used Goodwin Proctor (larger midmarket) and Cooley / GibsonDunn for larger deals. CPA's are relatively easy to find, but have found pretty good value with a few mid-market firms like Grant Thornton or Crowe. Feel free to DM me.
