Looking to raise ~250k. This is a SaaS company(under LOI) with 10k+ customers and 60%+ margins. The company helps bloggers improve their SEO ranking. They are working on integrating AI with the new product features. The company has been consistently growing in the last 3 years and they have a very low churn rate. They are highly reviewed among the blogging community. The SDE for the company is around $700k and the negotiated price is less than 4x multiple.
