We’re building out our bench of 3rd party due diligence vendors for a PE/growth investment in a $10-20MM ARR enterprise software (SaaS) business. Specifically looking for the below – recs are appreciated! 1) Financial DD / QofE vendor: Fluent in SaaS, clean ARR / revenue recognition work, ensures GAAP compliance, etc. 2) Tech DD: Firm grasp of SaaS infrastructure with ability to pressure-test scalability, security, roadmap execution, and technical debt.
