SaaS funding in the UK

Hi,

We're looking for finance funding for a SaaS based business in the UK to fund a partial acquisition. They're in the EdTech space and have a good set of recurring revenue. We're looking to fund the acquisition of a portion of the shares and put in place a growth strategy.
