Has anyone bought or gone under LOI on a like-kind business?

What are the pitfalls in this business? Is there anything unique I should be digging in on?

The platform is tailored to help sales professionals fill their pipeline with qualified leads through a series of pre-built follow-up sequences and templates leaving text/voicemails/emails.

If anyone has a checklist I can use,, that would be incredible as well!
