Hi All, Does anyone have SaaS lender recommendations in the US with experience backing software deals? Looking to build a network, get a read on the lending appetite and accompanying conditions (covenants, etc). Thanks!

Many from the venture debt world - WTI, SVB, Lighter, Agility, TIMIA (up in your neck of the woods), etc... None of these will lend to finance a deal, but are appropriate to provide growth capital for after you have taken control. You'll generally be looking at up to 6m trailing MRR principal, interest rates in the low to mid teens with 1%-ish warrants, and willingness to subordinate or mezzanine but may require depository control. Covenants are typically a minimum liquidity ratio or minimum EBITDA. I'm close to many of these lenders and happy to provide an intro if you have an appropriate deal.

I am talking with a company who has a server based lending platform that i want to purchase and make it saas. The owner is retiring and motivated to sell. He is willing to give $1m owner financing. We need to have another $2m down payment. They have $6m sales and $2m profit. I also want to build up it with an e wallet and automatic accounting app. If anyone is interested,Please book a time with me at www.hzcpas.com. thank you. redacted
