Hi to all the Searchfunder funding partners! My partner and I have a small holding company based in Salt Lake City. We currently have holdings in the construction and transportation industries ($5-20m in revenue). However, with over 25 years of software experience, we began searching for strong micro-SaaS companies to acquire at the beginning of 2024. We are currently under LOI on a micro-SaaS platform within the Adobe ecosystem with a TAM of 5m users.
