Sale and leaseback in UK supported accomm
Hi - has anyone had any experience in either doing a sale and leaseback in UK supported accommodation (eg mental health accom) or more generally care homes? What about commercial mortgages for these type of properties? What rates are currently available and how much LTV can you start with. I have one at the moment with a property value of c£1m and gross income for care and accomm of c£350k with an SDE of c£150k.
