What You'll Do:
Research and identify potential enterprise clients interested in employee engagement
Build and maintain a database of key decision-makers in HR, DEI, and Employee Experience
Craft personalized outreach messages and manage communication campaigns
Learn to use sales tools and CRM systems
Collaborate directly with the founder to develop sales strategies
