San Diego finally has an ETA club that meets on a fixed cadence. San Diego ETA runs the third Wednesday of every month, 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Free to attend. It is for self-funded searchers, funded searchers, independent sponsors, and owner-operators, plus the lenders, investors, and advisors who back buyers. Buyers outnumber service providers by design. Nobody pitches from the stage, including me. The first one is Wednesday, September 16, and we are running it jointly with The Acquisition Club rather than putting two San Diego meetups on the same night. One room, both communities.
