SBA 7a Refinancing Closed

I am pleased to share with you that I have recently closed a $3 million refinancing of SBA 7a loan with a conventional term loan for an apparel company with strong cash flow, borrower was able to reduce interest rate from ~9% to mid 6%, for an apparel company with strong cash flow. Hi Michelle I’m looking for approx 380,000 for a tobacco shop with revenue of approx 575,redacted’-25’). Been in business for some time with SDE of apox 175,000. I have down payment but backs have been slow to even return emails and calls. Would like to at least known some terms to determine if this is even a business I can make a profit with a debt financed deal. Thank you Malcolm Simon
