Hello Everyone,

Wondering if anyone has worked with or knows of lenders in this space aside from the SBA. I'm currently negotiating an LOI for a purchase of around $2.5M and will require about $1.5M in senior debt. My initial plan was to utilize SBA financing, however I was recently made aware that they will put a lien on real estate I own to meet the collateral. While I'm okay with the personal guarantee, I don't want to have a lien on certain assets and lose flexibility of those assets for the next 10 years.
