SBA Express Loans

Hello,
Are there specifci SBA lenders that provide Express Loans? I have read on this platform that some SBA lenders only lend above $500,000.
My wife and I are looking at a Tyre Franchise that is being sold for $140,000 that has $210,000 SDE.
Are there lenders who would be able to help with the SBA express program?
