I'm interested to learn whether the fees for external consultants and 3rd parties can be covered by an SBA loan when buying a business?

I need to pay my Accountants, Attorneys and a Deal Consultant and would like to increase my SBA loan by the amount owed to them at close.

Do SBA lenders allow this?

Closing costs like lawyers, appraisals and reasonable consulting fees and other closing costs can be included into the loan and will be financed. Would love to help you with your SBA loan. We work with all the major SBA lenders and for the right deal can offer excellent rates. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. Yes, you can roll those costs into the loan. Some lenders are willing to put them right into the loan and others just increase working capital to give you funds that way to cover those costs. Happy to discuss if you have additional questions at redacted
