SBA Loan Officer Recommendation

Hi Friends - I'm looking for an SBA loan officer to work out/qualify me for a couple of opportunities. Prefer that the recommendation is for someone you have personally worked with. Someone who looks for why it can work vs someone who is looking for ways not to do the loan...a deal team partner if you will. Thank you in advance for any recommendations.

Megan Owens at LiveOak redacted is awesome. I have not yet closed a deal with Megan but she has been very helpful in reviewing deals with me. Megan is very knowledgeable, friendly, and is actually a searcher as well so she gets our perspective.

I would recommend using a loan broker to walk you throught the SBA process. They help with qualifying, data collection and shopping for the best deal for a nominal fee. Contact information below, if the loan is not secured you are not on the hook for their fee. We ultimately did not go the SBA route but we did explore that as an option and Brad was by far the best loan broker we interviewed.
