Lender telling you everyone charges prime + 2.00%? There are other options out there. Here at Old National Bank we are a top 20 sba lender nationally and we offer low fixed rates. If your deal is in our bank footprint then we should talk. You may be surprised at the rates we can offer. Footprint includes TN, NC, KY, IN, IL, OH, MI, WI, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, MO. We have multiple lenders that can do prime + 0.5%. I'd like to add you to my lender network. Please click here to schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/ishan-jetley-3d73m8/30min. Look forward to chatting!

I've seen prime +2.5% as a standard rate. Fixed-rate SBA 7(a) loans may have a spread of 9.75% to 12.25% - it's somewhat lender dependent.
