I’m looking for insights from anyone who has experience refinancing a 7(a) loan after purchasing a business. We acquired our company two years ago, and recently, both BoA and Chase have reached out about refinancing our SBA loan.

Has anyone gone through this process? If so, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience—what to expect, potential benefits or pitfalls, other lenders we should talk to, and any advice you might have.
