What is Searchfunder.com?

SBIC Lenders & Equity Investors

Hi All,

I am a self-funded searcher and I am interested in having a brief discussion with any SBIC lenders that provide debt & equity capital in California. I have been searching full-time for ~12 months and have a few opportunities on the horizon (i.e. ~$1-2M EBITDA). At Stonehenge, we have a debt SBIC. We might look at a $2mm EBITDA company, but in general, our deals are north of $3mm. Also, you need to look at the 3 yr avg EBITDA if growing fast, we would from a leverage perspective.
