One of very few companies providing both insulation and drywall, which is a clear differentiator for obtaining contracts and increasing revenue with local custom builders as well as large scale national builders. We have proudly served homeowners and builders with their drywall and insulation needs completing over 15,000 projects...and counting! The company’s current run rate is $1M in annual EBITDA on $3.9M in annual revenue. NDA required to receive comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) crafted by ProNova Partners. Detailed Information Facilities: Turnkey office location in an attractive community. Competition: There are no direct competitors who offer both drywall and insulation. Growth & Expansion: COVID and the supply chain devastated the company, which had $9M in annual revenue pre-COVID. ISID took on significant debt to finance national expansion and new investment partners have restructured to create debt-free deal, have refocused on Colorado, and have put the company on solid financial footing for the next owners to grow significantly. Current CEO and part-owner, as well as inner-circle, willing to stay on for short-term or long-term management. Financing: Cash transaction or creative deal structure to make win-win. The majority ownership has 35 years transaction experience and is willing to be flexible in structure. Reason for Selling: Majority ownership is focused on other opportunities.

"Focused on other opportunities" is almost never promising.... if this was a good business, wouldn't you automate it and then focus on other opportunities? There's an unspoken reason this is for sale, someone will find that reason in diligence or three days after close. ^redacted

My cash is tied up the drywall acquisition I made last year here in Seattle, but this is very interesting to me. I'd be happy to sign the NDA and learn more. If anyone with financing is looking to take on a partner that's already in this sector - feel free to reach redacted
