Scoping interest in an organic food processing deal in New England

I'm self-funded, nearing an LOI (biggest hurdle agreed upon) on an expanding organic food processing and distribution business in Western New England -- for $850,000 or 5x EBITDA.

Looking to connect with a possible equity partner.

The business has a very well-diversified customer base (including institutional customers) in a small geographic area that leaves much opportunity for expansion. More information available upon request.
